3月9日，星宸科技发布投资者关系活动记录表，公司2026年计划发布1款车载激光雷达LiDAR芯片及3款12nm芯片，均定位中高阶、高毛利领域。首款主激光雷达芯片预计2026年Q2上车并小规模量产，第二款芯片聚焦车载补盲场景，单车搭载数量较主激光雷达提升数倍，同时可拓展至机器人、智能穿戴、移动影像、低空经济设备等多场景应用，计划2026年Q4发布。具身智能机器人及边缘计算芯片支持十几T至百T级算力灵活配置，适配AI大模型多模态推理及边缘计算场景需求；进阶智驾及智能座舱芯片集成32T算力，已获国际一线OEM定点，计划于2027年Q1量产。第二代AI眼镜芯片采用12nm制程与新一代运动ISP，功耗更低、成本优化。
